Last but not the least, the SSN team concluded the meeting with a keynote on several aspects of IEEE that can help the SBs to grow like IEEE awards, volunteering, networking, strategy towards membership development. The IEEE Rajasthan SSN assured all the possible help for the student branches and association in the future. This IEEE open house came out with great success as there were several ideas that were discussed like training or awareness program for the SBs regarding the use & implementation of IEEE tools. As the virtual general meeting moved on, there was IEEE open house discussion made with the SSN team and the SBs, so that the office-bearers can discuss their issues or problems if they are facing anything, suggestions to be implemented in future, exchange of ideas that can help or inspire others for the better functioning and membership development on large scale. Next, all the student branches introduced their action plan that took place in the COVID-19 pandemic situation where each SB shared the activities & events conducted virtually during the course of time. There were interactions & discussions made towards the strategy to increase the participation of IEEE members and volunteering of student branches in upcoming events. The event started with the IEEE overview, discussing the major & the biggest event that took place over the past months (AISYWC, DSC, RSC, CSC, IEEE elections, Build for India, Global Summit, R10 SYWL, and the upcoming IEEE Xtreme). The organizing committee invited the IEEE Rajasthan Subsection SSN team and the ExCom of all the student branches under the IEEE Rajasthan Subsection.
